How does it work? By squeezeing the elastic plastic bottle, the liquid rises through a dip tube into the applicatorhead. Simultaneously, air is supplied though a separate air channel. Liquid and air whirled in a certain ratio and foamed. The foam is pressed through a Mikrosieve, refined and ejected through the opening in closure cap. Releasing the bottle is again supplying air into the bottle via a separate channel, so it immediately is ready to operate.
This technology is based on the proven foam system for the Squeezefoamer by Supermatic Kunststoff AG. This patented foam technology from Switzerland consists of a special foam valve, closure cap and dip tube. This system is made entirely of environmentally friendly plastic without metal parts.
What is so special about this Foamapplicator system? This foam valve ensures the correct air mixing, thus regulates the air / liquid ratio. This ensures that a pretty, consistent foam can arise. The strong interaction of all components is a prerequisite for a good result. These include tensides, the right viscosity of the liquid, etc..
